I watched Into the Wild last night and while I really loved it and the idea Christopher had to be with nature and 'live in the moment', it bummed me out to find the film altered the ending attempting to dramaticize the entire purpose of his life just a little more than it already had. I enjoyed reading your thoughts about the film.
I've added My Name is Rachel Corrie to my netflix and have an overwhelming urge to go purchase her book immediately and read it as fast as possible (per an excerpt you included in one of your previous entries).
